報告人簡介：

        李克勤，紐約州立大學教授

        研究領域主要包括算法設計與分析、并行與分布式計算、和計算機網(wǎng)絡。研究課題集中在近似算法、并行算法、作業(yè)調(diào)度、負載平衡、性能分析、高能效計算和通信、無線網(wǎng)絡、傳感器網(wǎng)絡、和云計算等。在學術著作、研究期刊、和國際會議上共發(fā)表論文260篇以上。他在網(wǎng)格網(wǎng)絡的處理器分配和作業(yè)調(diào)度以及光網(wǎng)絡上的并行計算方面的開創(chuàng)性研究具有廣泛和深遠的影響，為他帶來了崇高的學術聲譽。他曾多次榮獲國際學術會議最佳論文獎。

        他是IEEE Transactions on Parallel and Distributed Systems, IEEE Transactions on Computers, Journal of Parallel and Distributed Computing, International Journal of Parallel, Emergent and Distributed Systems, International Journal of High Performance Computing and Networking, Optimization Letters等著名學術刊物的編委。
